A reconditioned Stanley 90 Comeragh oil is a factory built oil appliance rather than a conversion. It has an integral bolier that outputs nearly 13.8kW for hot water sufficient to heat up to 8 standard radiators. Newer models are named the Comeragh and have two ovens and a storage compartment under the fire box for utensils and tools. Older models were called the Stanley Deluxe 90 and have a similar configuration to the Stanley 80 whereby a large storage compartment runs the entire width of the cooker and some models have the control box conveniently mounted on the top of the cooker at the rear.
Heat from the burner in the pressure jet models can be directed to the oven or the boiler via two damper controls located conveniently above the oven and some models have an air slider on the fire door for additional airflow control. There are options for a plate rack & splash back panel and hot plate cover for some models. The pressure jet model affords the added convenience of timer and thermostatic temperature controls, which are mounted on the front panel for the Comeragh. The Deluxe 90 has these controls mounted more conveniently on the cooker top. |
